Do you charge set up fees?

For orders over $1000 there is no set up fee!
Can I print multiple colours?

Yes, you can print multiple colours. We offer a variety of print options to suit your design needs. Email us your design, and we’ll provide the best print option for you.
Can I have help with my design?

Yes, we can assist with adjusting your design. We have an in-house graphic designer who can help with your logo. We can make any changes, remove text, or redraw it in the correct format. You don't need to worry about that.
Do you have express shipping options?

Yes! All of our orders are shipped via express courier, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. Ask your Account Manager for approx. delivery timeframes for your location.
Can I see what my order looks like before printing?

Yes! Before printing, we will send you a digital mock of your order to ensure everything looks just right. If any changes are needed, you can let us know, and we’ll make the necessary changes before moving forward with production.
What printing methods do we use?

We have a range of printing methods that we can print your logo on products with. They include digital print, pad print, screen print and laser engraving, depending on your preference and what suits your logo best.
